Acceptable But With Issues

loud music corridor shouting
The Roswell Bar had good food choices.
The rooms need an upgrade but this wasn't the biggest issue. The hotel was noisy as a function took place. I could not sleep well due to the loud music and people shouting in the corridor as they left.

dated room restricted pool
the lobby was clean on arrival.
my room felt quite dated. the bathroom seemed particularly old and lacked even basic amenities like a drinking glass. also, access to the pool was restricted.

I stayed in a double room. the room included coffee and tea making facilities. That was very convenient. the bathroom was spacious. the provided toiletries were of good quality.
The pillows felt a bit too soft. I would have preferred slightly firmer ones.
